How Systemix helps the pre-PMF founder — decisions with receipts, a weekly learning loop, one system for every role.

What Systemix does for you

Your design system gets an engineered memory: every component, token, and product bet is a file in your repo with its rationale and its evidence attached. When you ask "why does the landing look like this?" or "didn't we already test that?", the answer is written down — with a date, a confidence, and a link to the experiment that earned it.

On top of that memory runs a weekly learning loop: a scheduled runner pulls your signals (PostHog first; Figma, repo, Linear, sprint data as they're wired), evaluates your running experiments, and queues decisions for you. You read one brief and make the calls; the system writes them back so the next sprint starts from what the last one proved.

Your 10-minute start

  1. See it live. This site is a Systemix instance — open /experiments to watch the real loop, and /contract/memory to see the memory it earns.
  2. Pick your tier. Every skill is free and self-serve. From there the ladder is simple: the Learning Kit (€99) is the whole context engine to download, the AI-Readiness Audit (€249) scores your repo and emails the fix in 24–48h, and the consultancy sprint is Boyan wiring it to your stack — brand cloned in session one, experiments live by end of week.
  3. Frame your first bet. One sentence: who (ICP), what they're trying to do (JTBD), what you believe (hypothesis), what number moves (metric). That sentence becomes experiments/<id>.mdx — the unit of evidence.

Your weekly loop

  • The runner sweeps running experiments daily and queues close proposals when evidence clears your thresholds. It never closes — you do.
  • Once a week, review the queue (the Home dashboard) and the memory feed: what was learned, what expired, what to bet on next.
  • Every decision you make becomes a cited line in LEARNINGS.md — the compounding asset.
